The online workshop will explain the relevant visa conditions for each Student visa subclass and discuss the impact of assessment levels and genuineness factors. The recent changes to the Student visa program, including the introduction of the Genuine Student Requirement and the new Ministerial Direction 106, will also be discussed. The workshop will look at the impact these changes have on Student visa applications. 

The various criteria migration professionals should consider when acting for clients in the student visa area is discussed, particularly as it relates to family members applying as secondary applicants or student guardians.
