First registered migration agent to, write 6 books namely ‘Avoid the Migration Minefield’, ‘Migration Sweet Spot’, ‘Kiss Me Forever’, ‘Love, Lust, Lies, and Losers’, ‘Shhh… Filipino Secrets’, ‘Migration During Pandemics’, 7 resource brochures with insights in selecting a registered migration agent and how to process your particular visa application, first to organize English Review Classes since 2004, first to lodge an ‘online’ General Skilled Migration in 2007 and SkillSelect visa application in 2012, first to lodge an ‘on-line’ Partner in 2013, first to lodge an ‘online’ Visitors or Tourist visa application in 2014 to Australia from the Philippines.
